Disney’s The Nutcracker and The Four Realms In-home Release #DisneysNutcrackerBluray

Disney’s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms takes you on a magical adventure with Clara and her desire to find a one-of-a-kind key to unlock a box that contains a priceless gift. A golden thread leads her to the coveted key, but it soon disappears into a strange and mysterious parallel world. In that world, she meets a soldier named Phillip, a group of mice and the regents who preside over three realms. Clara and Phillip must now enter a fourth realm to retrieve the key and restore harmony to the unstable land.

I had the privilege of going to the red-carpet premiere to see this movie, you may have read my review.  However, I watched it again the other day and was inspired all over again.  Clara’s mom wrote her a note that said, “everything you need is inside.”  It reminded me of a story that my former boss, Dr. Terry Flowers used to tell the students at St. Philip’s School during chapel.  He would say, “look inside yourself because everything you need to succeed is like Ragu, it’s in there.”

When she saw the note for the first time it was puzzling to her.  But just like a puzzle, your picture becomes clearer as you put the pieces together.  Wait, speaking of puzzles – did you know it’s National Puzzle Day?  Yup, it’s a thing.  Check out my Nutcracker and the Four Realms themed puzzle, super cute.

I realize you may not have had a chance to experience the movie, so hopefully that bit of info didn’t spoil it too much for you.  I will say with that one caption, there are several lessons that we can learn for ourselves and teach our children.  We all must believe in ourselves and know that we have everything we need inside to fulfill our dreams and goals.

We just have to BELIEVE!

Believing in yourself is not always easy.  I too struggle with it on occasion and have heard countless stories like Clara’s of people who are walking through life and putting the pieces of their life’s puzzle together, giving them the courage to believe in themselves.

There are so many other amazing lessons so snag a copy of the sure to be holiday tradition for adventurers of all ages, with never-before seen extras and deleted scenes on Digital and Movies Anywhere, and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray™ and DVD TODAY, January 29, 2019.
